RETURNS
Can I exchange or return a product?
Love and care goes into every Babies of Wonder product, however, we understand that sometimes you might need to return a product. While we don't directly exchange items, you can return an eligible item and place a new order. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or a refund.
What are the criteria for returnable items?
For an item to qualify for a return, it must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition as when received, with all original packaging and tags intact. Additionally, the return request should be made within 14 days of receipt.
Which items cannot be returned?
We prioritise your health and safety, so for hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned. This list includes e-Gift cards, socks and tights, face masks, hair accessories, customised items, and free gifts or promotional items.
Please Note: Our customised garments and accessories are unique, hand-embroidered bespoke pieces, made using specific customer preferences, and thus, can not be returned or refunded.
What happens after I return my item?
Upon receiving your returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it within 5 working days. If the item fails to meet our standards, unfortunately, the return will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
How do I know if my return has been processed?
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll send you an email notifying you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 working days and applied to your original payment method.
Can I return items purchased on sale?
Yes, products purchased from the sale section are eligible for return.
What if I received a faulty or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we're sincerely sorry for the inconvenience. These items are eligible for return within 48 hours of delivery, given they are unused and in the original packaging. We request you to contact our customer care team to report such issues.
REFUNDS
When can I expect my refund?
Once the return is accepted, we'll send a confirmation email. The refund will be processed within 5-7 working days to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 additional working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account. Please note that during busy promotional seasons, this process might take a little longer.
