Do you provide a size guide?
Yes, we offer a size guide for each garment on our website. We want your little ones to feel comfortable and stylish in our outfits.
Will my products shrink after washing?
Some shrinkage (3-5%) is standard for garments. Explore our Friends with Fabrics section to learn more and become besties with your garments.
Will the colours/print fade over time?
Some colours/prints may fade gradually. We recommend using gentle detergents and avoiding bleaching agents. To preserve the original colour and print quality, dry your items naturally in the shade.

How do I place an order?
Shopping at Babies of Wonder is a breeze. Simply browse our collection and when you find an item that catches your eye, pick the size that suits your little one. Then click on 'Add To Cart.' To review your selections, click on the cart symbol located at the top right of your screen. When you're ready to finalise your order, select 'Proceed To Checkout', and you'll be guided through the completion of your purchase.
When will I get confirmation for my order?
After you've successfully placed your order, a confirmation email will be dispatched to the email address you've provided during checkout. This confirmation is a receipt of your order online. Kindly wait a few moments for it to arrive. If you don't receive this confirmation within an hour, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Service Team.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel an order, please do so before it is shipped. After shipping, we're unable to process cancellations. However, if your order has not been shipped and is not a personalised or made-to-order item, you may change or cancel it. Please contact our Customer Service Team or email us at with your order details as soon as possible, as orders are sometimes shipped immediately.
What if there are changes to prices or product availability?
All product information displayed on are subject to change. Prices and availability of our products can vary without any prior notice. Rest assured, any changes won't affect orders already placed. If for any reason an item is out of stock, our Customer Service Team will contact you as soon as possible.
What happens if an item ordered is out of stock/you are unable to fulfil my order?
In the event that an item you ordered is out of stock or we are unable to fulfil your order, our Customer Service Team will promptly contact you. A refund request will be initiated, and for prepaid orders, the refund will be processed directly to the debit/credit card or bank account used for payment. Typically, it takes 14 working days from the time the refund request was raised for the amount to reflect in your account.
Can I get in touch for bulk orders?
Absolutely! We typically require 15-20 working days notice to process orders over 15 pieces. Email us at hello@babiesofwonder for bulk order enquiries.
Is gift wrapping available?
Certainly! Our gift bundles arrive elegantly packaged in beautiful boxes. You'll find details about the packaging mentioned on the product page.


How soon can I expect my order?
We aim to deliver your order within 7-10 working days. For customised pieces, please allow 14 working days for delivery. Orders placed on weekends or Indian bank holidays will be sent out the next working day.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Each order comes with a Tracking Number for you to follow your shipment's progress.
Can I change the delivery address after the order has been dispatched?
Unfortunately, we can't alter the delivery address once your order has been dispatched. We advise double-checking the shipping address during checkout.
Do you provide free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping for all orders within India.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, we do. However, please note that for COD orders, our Customer Service Team will contact you to confirm your order and address. Your order will be shipped only after validation. If we are unable to reach you by phone within 3 days, we will cancel your order.
Please note, if a Cash on Delivery order is rejected upon delivery, we will not be able to offer Cash on Delivery as a payment option for future orders. We do not charge a shipping fee, and any costs incurred due to rejected COD orders are covered by us. We kindly ask that you avoid rejecting COD orders unless absolutely necessary.
What if there are unforeseen delays in my order delivery?
We strive to deliver your packages on time, but during festivals, pandemics, natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, transport interference, or adverse weather conditions, there might be delays. We appreciate your patience during these unforeseen circumstances, and we assure you that we're working diligently to minimise any disruptions to your delivery experience.
Will my order be shipped in a single package?
Yes, typically all items in your order will be shipped together in one package.
Do you ship internationally?
We're so glad you asked, but currently, we can only offer delivery services within India.


Can I exchange/return a product?
Love and care goes into every Babies of Wonder product, however, we understand that sometimes you might need to exchange/return a product. Orders may be exchanged/returned within 7 days of order receipt provided they meet our eligibility criteria.
What are the criteria for exchange/return items?
For an item to qualify for an exchange/return, it must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition as when received, with all original packaging and tags intact. All orders must be accompanied with an order number and record of sale. Additionally, the exchange/return request should be made within 7 days of receipt.
Which items cannot be exchanged/returned?
Customers shall not be entitled for an exchange/return for the following products:

  1. Masks, socks, stockings, undergarments, accessories.
  2. Hand-printed products may exhibit charming variations that do not affect the overall design or style
  3. Made-to-order and personalised garments and accessories are crafted to your specific preferences, making them unique and bespoke. Due to their customised nature, these items cannot be exchanged/returned
  4. E-gift cards, free gifts or promotional items

How do I make an exchange/return request?
If your item meets our eligibility criteria above, please email us on within 7 days of receiving your order with the following information:

  1. Your order number and the item you would like to exchange/return.
  2. Specify if your request is for an exchange or return. If you would like an exchange, please let us know which product you would like instead.
  3. Reason for exchange/return
  4. Photos of the item
  5. Pickup address and contact number

Do you arrange exchange/return pickups?
Yes, we will arrange a free pickup of the exchange/return order through our logistic partner. Please note, the free reverse pickup is only provided once per order. If you raise multiple exchange/return requests, the reverse pickup/delivery amount will be added to your bill or deducted from the refund amount.
What happens after I return my item?

Upon receiving your returned item, our Quality Assurance Team will inspect it for damage/alter/tamper within 5 working days. If approved, your exchange item will be shipped within 7 working days. In case of a return, the refund will be processed within 14 working days and applied to your original payment method. If the item fails to meet our standards, unfortunately, the exchange/return will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
How do I know if my exchange/return has been processed?
We'll send you an email notifying you about the status of your exchange/return.
Can I exchange/return items purchased on sale?
Yes, products purchased from the sale section are eligible for exchange/return.
What if I received a faulty or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we're sincerely sorry for the inconvenience. These items are eligible for exchange/return within 48 hours of delivery, given they are unused and in the original packaging. Please notify us via email on In your email, please include all the information requested under the section ‘How do I make an exchange/return request?’ along with photos clearly showing the damages.


When can I expect my refund?
Once the return is accepted, we'll send a confirmation email. The refund will be processed within 14 working days to your original method of payment (except COD). Please allow up to 5 additional working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account. Please note that during busy promotional seasons, this process might take a little longer.
How will refunds be processed for Cash on Delivery payments?
For Cash on Delivery orders, we will collect your bank details during the refund process. Please send us an email with your bank account details at It's important to ensure that the information provided is accurate. Please be aware that Babies of Wonder does not verify bank account numbers and cannot be held responsible for funds transferred to an unintended recipient.
Please note that refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be issued via bank transfer only.
