Babies of Wonder reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site and/or forward information on transactions to authorities or payment provider(s). In this case the contract between you and Babies of Wonder can be partially or fully terminated by yourself or Babies of Wonder. By force majeure we mean event(s) such as natural disasters, war, strikes, revolution, riot, import/export lockout and/or blockage, transportation interference, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service and/or disease whether this strikes us as an organisation or one of our suppliers direct or indirect.
Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Babies of Wonder and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
Limitation of Liability:
While we make every effort to ensure the quality of our products and services, we cannot be held responsible for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or products.
