How do I place an order?

Shopping at Babies of Wonder is easy-peasy! Just browse through our adorable collection, select the perfect size for your little one, and click 'ADD TO CART.' When you're ready to complete your order, head to the cart symbol at the top right of your screen, click 'PROCEED TO CHECKOUT,' and follow the prompts to finalize your purchase.

When will I get confirmation for my order?

Once your order is placed successfully, you'll receive a confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. If you don't see it within an hour, don't worry! Just reach out to our Customer Service team, and we'll sort it out for you.

What if there are changes to prices or product availability?

Product information on our website may change from time to time, but don't fret! Any changes won't affect orders already placed. If an item becomes unavailable, we'll let you know ASAP.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it's shipped out. Once it's shipped, we won't be able to process cancellations.


How soon can I expect my order?

We aim to deliver your order within 5-7 days. Customized pieces may take a bit longer, around 10-12 days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped out on the next working day.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Each order comes with a Tracking Number so you can keep an eye on its journey to you.

Unfortunately, we can't change the delivery address once your order is dispatched. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only offer delivery within India.

What if there are unforeseen delays in my order delivery?

While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances like festivals or natural disasters may cause delays. We appreciate your patience and assure you we'll do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.


Can I exchange or return a product?

While we put love into every product, we understand you may need to return something. We don't do direct exchanges, but you can return eligible items and place a new order. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns or refunds after 14 days of receipt.

What are the criteria for returnable items?

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all packaging and tags intact. Please initiate the return within 14 days of receipt.

Which items cannot be returned?

For hygiene reasons, items like e-Gift cards, socks, face masks, and customized items can't be returned. Customized items are uniquely made and can't be refunded.

What happens after I return my item?

Once we receive your return, our quality assurance team will inspect it within 5 working days. If it meets our standards, we'll process the refund within 14 working days.

Can I return items purchased on sale?

Yes, items from our sale section are eligible for return.

What if I received a faulty or incorrect item?

We're sorry for the inconvenience! Damaged or incorrect items can be returned within 48 hours of delivery, provided they're unused and in their original packaging.


When can I expect my refund?

Once your return is accepted, we'll send you a confirmation email. The refund will be processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method. Please allow a few extra days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
